Dianna, a resilient and beautiful mule, who also found herself in the slaughter pipeline. Timid around people at first, she quickly warms up once caught. Unfortunately, she arrived with severely overgrown hooves—like walking in high heels for too long—causing significant strain on her tendons and muscles. The damage may be permanent, but thankfully, she’s comfortable in her paddock with anti-inflammatories as needed and the company of her new friends. If she remains pain-free, she could make a wonderful pasture pet and may be considered for adoption.
